利用規約

本規約は、開発者（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「MemoCalc Pro」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条（適用）

ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約の全ての条項に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。

第2条（ストア規約との関係）

本アプリの入手、課金および返金には、Apple App Store または Google Play の各利用規約が併せて適用されます。本規約と各ストアの規約が矛盾する場合は、当該ストアの規約が優先します。

第3条（ライセンス）

当方は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的な目的で利用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本アプリの複製、改変、翻案、二次的著作物の作成
リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
本アプリまたはその一部の再配布、貸与、販売
不正な手段によりPro版の機能制限を回避する行為

第4条（有料機能／Pro版）

Pro版アップグレードは 200円（税込）の買い切りです。月額・年額などの継続課金は一切ありません。
決済はApp Store または Google Play を通じて行われ、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。
購入記録はApple ID または Google アカウントに紐づいて管理され、機種変更・再インストール時にアプリ内の「購入を復元」から無償で復元できます。
購入後のキャンセル・返金は、購入元ストアの返金ポリシーに従います（第10条参照）。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、当方もしくは第三者の権利を侵害する行為、本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、および不具合を意図的に利用する行為を行ってはなりません。

第6条（データの管理）

メモ、計算履歴、設定等のデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方はこれらのデータにアクセスできず、バックアップも行いません。アプリの削除、端末の初期化・故障・紛失、OSの不具合等によるデータの消失について、当方は責任を負いません。重要なデータは別途控えを取っていただくようお願いします。

第7条（免責事項）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、計算結果の正確性、特定目的への適合性、および本アプリが中断なく動作することを保証しません。ユーザーは、税額計算・割引計算等の結果について、最終的にご自身で確認のうえご利用ください。

当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。当方が責任を負う場合であっても、賠償額の上限は、ユーザーが本アプリに関して当方に支払った金額とします。

本条の規定は、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により当方の責任を免除できない範囲においては適用されません。

第8条（提供の変更・終了）

当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は前条の範囲で責任を負います。

第9条（知的財産権）

本アプリおよびそのデザイン、ロゴ、プログラムに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリで作成したメモ等のデータは、ユーザーに帰属します。

第10条（返金）

デジタルコンテンツの性質上、当方から直接の返金は行っておりません。返金をご希望の場合は、購入元のApp Store または Google Play の返金手続きをご利用ください。

第11条（本規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、掲載後にユーザーが本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第12条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the mobile application “MemoCalc Pro” (the “App”) provided by its developer (“we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Relationship to Store Terms

Your acquisition of, payment for, and refunds relating to the App are also governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Where these Terms conflict with the applicable store terms, the store terms prevail.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
redistribute, lend, or sell the App or any part of it;
circumvent Pro feature restrictions by any unauthorized means.

4. Paid Features (Pro Upgrade)

The Pro Upgrade is a one-time purchase of JPY 200 (tax included). There is no monthly or annual subscription.
Payment is processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store payment details such as credit card numbers.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google Account and can be restored free of charge via “Restore Purchases” in the App after reinstalling or changing devices.
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the refund policy of the store you purchased from (see Section 10).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App in violation of law or public order, infringe the rights of us or third parties, interfere with the operation of the App, or intentionally exploit defects in the App.

6. Your Data

Notes, calculation history, and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot access this data and do not back it up. We are not responsible for data loss caused by deleting the App, resetting, damaging, or losing your device, or by operating system faults. Please keep separate copies of anything important.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the accuracy of calculation results, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Please verify tax and discount calculations yourself before relying on them.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the App.

This section does not apply to the extent our liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory law.

8. Changes to or Discontinuation of the App

We may change the App or discontinue it without prior notice. Our liability for any resulting damage is limited as set out in Section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App, its design, logo, and program belong to us or the respective rights holders. Data you create in the App, such as notes, belongs to you.

10. Refunds

Because the App is digital content, we do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please use the refund process of the App Store or Google Play.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when we consider it necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the App after posting constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

プライバシーポリシー

本アプリ「MemoCalc Pro」（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様が入力した内容や個人を特定する情報を、開発者が収集・送信することはありません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子などの個人情報を収集しません。メモ・計算履歴・設定などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

2. データの保存場所

本アプリで作成されたデータ（メモ、計算履歴、税率・割引率、テーマ・言語などの設定）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。

3. アプリ内課金について

「Pro版アップグレード」（200円の買い切り）の購入および復元の処理は、すべてApple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が行います。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を、開発者が取得・保存することは一切ありません。購入記録はApple ID または Google アカウントに紐づいて各ストア側で管理され、機種変更・再インストール時に無料で復元できます。

各ストアにおける決済情報の取り扱いについては、Apple および Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 広告・解析

本アプリは広告を表示しません。また、広告SDKや行動解析（アナリティクス）SDKを一切含んでいません。クラッシュレポートの自動送信も行いません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリはお客様の情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。

6. お問い合わせ時の個人情報

お客様がメールでお問い合わせをされた場合、そのメールアドレスおよび本文の内容は、お問い合わせへの回答の目的にのみ利用し、回答後は適切に削除します。ご本人からの求めがあった場合は、内容の開示・訂正・削除に応じます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

The developer of “MemoCalc Pro” (the “App”) does not collect or transmit anything you enter in the App, nor any personally identifiable information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or device identifiers. All data — notes, calculation history, and settings — is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer’s servers.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data created in the App (notes, calculation history, tax and discount rates, theme and language settings) is stored solely on your device. The developer cannot access this data. Deleting the App removes all of it from the device.

3. In-App Purchases

Purchases and restores of the “Pro Upgrade” (a one-time, non-consumable purchase of JPY 200) are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The developer never receives or stores payment details such as credit card numbers. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google Account, managed by the store, and can be restored free of charge when you change or reinstall your device.

For how each store handles payment information, please refer to the privacy policies of Apple and Google.

4. Advertising & Analytics

The App shows no advertisements and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not send automatic crash reports.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App does not collect your information, there is no information to share with third parties.

6. Information in Support Enquiries

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the content of your message only to respond to your enquiry, and delete it appropriately afterwards. On request, we will disclose, correct, or delete such information.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect personal information and can be used safely by users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
